Pawtucket, RI – June 21, 2018 – Judd Brown and Steve McMahon, founders and principals of Judd Brown Designs (JBD), together with Wayne Jacques, AIA, President of Jefferson Group Architecture (JGA), known for working together seamlessly to bring planning, architecture and interior design to private clubs and hospitality nationwide, recently announced new identity packages and the expansion of JBD’s senior management team.

JBD is proud to welcome John Bell of Riverside, RI as vice president of interior design. John, who left JBD in 2010 to become a partner in Morris Nathanson Design, has returned to share the design leadership role at JBD with its founder, Judd Brown. As the newest member of the senior management team, John’s responsibilities include design creation and oversight as well as company strategy.

John joins other recent additions to the Interior Design department including Jesse Gardner and Dean Pinkston-Hayes who together bring more than 40 years of hospitality design experience as studio design leaders.

JBD is also pleased to announce a brand-new website which will be shared with sister company, JGA. “We feel the new site better represents our commitment to inspired design and effective process,” says JBD founder and President, Judd Brown. As part of the website debut, both firms are introducing new dynamic identity packages featuring new logos and in the case of JBD, an adjustment to the company nomenclature. With the well-known moniker JBD to remain, the company will now be known as ‘Studio JBD’ to reflect its growth and evolution.
