Architectural Job Captain

We are seeking Architectural Job Captains with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in preparing AutoCAD drawings for projects including renovations and new construction to all types of club industry buildings. Interior design experience in the production of custom millwork and complex detailing is a plus.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Field Measuring and Drafting of Existing Conditions
  • Organizing Drawing Sets
  • Coordination with Consultants
  • Produce Architectural and Interior Design Drawings
  • Construction Administration Services
  • Candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office Products and Bluebeam.

Senior Interior Designer

Years of Experience
Minimum of 5 years in Hospitality Design (restaurant, hotel and/or clubhouse design)

General Responsibilities:
•Advanced knowledge of all design phases of hospitality projects of varying types and sizes from conception through construction

  • Creative conceptual design skills to assist our clients in maximizing their use of spaces.
  • Provide design leadership to team members and direct and evaluate design options based on client-driven criteria.
  • Have an extensive working knowledge of techniques, products and materials used in high-end hospitality environments.

Job Requirements:
•Strong team, organizational and communication skills are essential.

  • Proficient in AutoCAD
  • SketchUp
  • Extensive experience in preparing comprehensive interior design packages including architectural and millwork detailing and knowledge of construction documentation.
  • Individual must possess excellent presentation skills and have the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • Conceptual sketching ability
  • Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Adobe Photoshop knowledge
